Couldn't help myself, but had this in my head the entire day.
What's happening is that Gilbert is introducing his (boy)friend to his family(Germanic family) and his brother's boyfriend's family(Vargas family, along with Antonio) at a backyard dinner party. Much to Gilbert's surprise, he did not know that Matt would arrive wearing a dress. And this is the result!
